Exchange Policy


Goods Quality Defects


If the goods purchased by the Consumer is proven by the Company to be of substandard quality or with manufacturing defects, the Company will exchange the goods if it is within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.


Goods Wrongly Delivered


In the case that the good(s) received do not match good(s) ordered on-line by the Consumer, he/she must immediately notify the Company within three (3) working days from the date of receipt. The Company will exchange the goods and bear the delivery charges.


Goods Damaged Upon Delivery


In the case that the goods are damaged during delivery; the Consumer is to notify the Company within three (3) working days from the date of receipt. Upon approval, the Company will replace the goods and bear the delivery charges.


Goods That Cannot Be Exchanged


Under the following terms and conditions, the Company has the right to reject any request for goods exchange:


  1. The Company believe that he/she does not follow recommended storage instructions, eg. the goods ware kept at an improper place / storage, exposed to humidity and heat.
  2. He / She is unable to produce receipt / proof of payment.
  3. The date of purchase as indicated in the receipt exceeded seven (7) days.
  4. The Company found that the goods are not in its original condition, eg. Torn packaging, scratches, dents, dirt or any other sign of use.

Delivery Charges


Delivery charges will only be waived for the following reasons:


  1. Goods quality defect.
  2. Wrongly delivered goods or damaged good(s) during delivery.

Refund


Just in case of unavailability of stocks. Full refund will be made to buyer.
