How to register?

If you have forgotten your password, follow these simple steps:
- Click Forgot password below the password box.
- Enter your login email in the box provided.
- You will receive an email shortly if the email address matches our record.
- Click on the link in the email to create a new password.

What do I do if I have forgotten the email address?
If you have forgotten your email address, we regret that we will not be able to send it back to you. You will need to create a new account and all your records will not be carried over, so please remember your login email.

How do I change my personal information or shipping address?
Simply login to your account, then you can change your personal information such as your name, country, email address and password. Click save.
Activating my account

After activation, all orders confirmation, promotions and other offers from ZETAFERA are communicated via email hence activating your account ensures email validity, so your information will not be lost. Please use "My Account" to view your order history and other functions pertaining to your shopping.

After registration, a verification email will be sent to your registered email to verify your email. Check your email and click the link to activate your account. The link expires in 30 days from the sent date. If you would like to activate after the expiration, simply login to ZETAFERA to retrieve the activation code.
Creating my address book

The address book allows you to save shipping addresses of your friends and family, so you do not need to re-type every time.

Creating the address book is simple and easy. Login to your account, choose Address Book option, then you can add, delete or modify shipping addresses of multiple friends and family. You can store up to 5 addresses.

Order history
Under My Account, you can check the orders you placed on ZETAFERA within the past 6 months, it contains the order number, order date, shipping status, tracking number, order details and prices, your ship-to and bill-to information.
Technical Issues

You
must use the exact username and password combination with which
you first registered in order to log back in to the site. If you
have forgotten your password, we can send your password to the email
address you used to register. Just fill in the 'Forgotten Your
Password?' box on the Log in page.
