  1. How do I get invited to be a ZPC?

    First, register as a shopper in ZETAFERA. Be a fan and introduce us to your friends. When the database shows that you have 50 friends who have successfully registered with us, we will send you a ZPC invitation.

  2. What are the perks for a ZPC?

    Get rewarded with commissions and points from ZETAFERA.

  3. How do I earn commissions?

    Simple. When your friends shop from ZETAFERA, the website automatically calculates your commission to your account. Commissions are calculated by each product purchased by your friend.

  4. Are all products listed in ZETAFERA with commissions?

    It depends on the list of products shown with commissions. ZETAFERA reserves every right to modify the product list and the information shown available in your account information.

  5. How do I earn extra points?

    As ZETAFERA normal customer, you earn points when you purchase products calculated by RM1 = 1 point.
    As ZETAFERA Premium Customer, you still earn points when you shop calculated by RM1 = 1 point. In addition, when your friends shop, points are calculated by RM1 = 0.1point.

  6. It sounds so simple! What's the catch?

    There are no catch which requires you to put in a capital or knock on people's door to sell a product.
    In order for us to identify active ZPCs and constantly reward them, ZETAFERA requires ZPCs to make an Active Purchase every month before the commissions and points of the month are calculated. This is to minimize ZPCs abusing the system and taking ZETAFERA for granted.
    Failure to indicate an Active Purchase of that month will result the lost of commissions and points for the particular month for you.
    In the celebration of ZETAFERA's launch, Active Purchase identification will only be officially executed by the 1st of July 2010.

  7. What do I do as a ZPC?

    Effortless. Be proud of ZETAFERA. Tell us how we are doing and give us your feedback in our services, recommend good products to be listed or it can be as personal as catching up for some drinks.

  8. I have introduced ZETAFERA to my friends, how can they identify me as their referral?

    Simple. When your friends sign up, they are required to search or key in your ID or name to lock you in as the referral. The completion of their information in their profile entitles them a new membership additional 1 time only 15% discount on all items.

  9. How can I see if my friends are in my account?

    Your dashboard in "My Account" will show everything.

  10. I cannot see my friends in my dashboard!

    If you cannot see your friends whom you have introduced to sign-up, below might be the few causes which you might need to follow up:
    They forgot to key-in your name in the referral section. Assist them to complete their profile for them to enjoy the additional 15% discount.
    They have not registered yet.
    They accidently chose a wrong name/direction when selecting a referral. Ask them to contact us to solve this issue as soon as possible. Please ask your friends to include your email, ID & Name for us to speed up this process.

  11. How do I know how many points I have?

    Your dashboard in "My Account" will show everything.

  12. What can I redeem?

    Please go to our Rewards page to redeem your goods. We will send your redeemed items on your current or next purchase delivery.
